This is Walter. Walter had tried, unsuccessfully since last summer, through the current administration, to get a new wheelchair to replace his old brokendown one.

As soon as I learned of this situation I took action, and in 5 hours time, I personally delivered this wheelchair to Walter at no cost to him.
